Pivotal Insight Clinical Services
Website privacy
Updated October 2, 2026
This page explains how this informational website works. It is not a clinical Notice of Privacy Practices, and it is not a substitute for the privacy information provided when you begin a clinical service.
Browsing this website
Public pages use local fonts and images, without advertising pixels or tracking cookies. When enabled, basic analytics count fixed page visits and booking-link actions in aggregate, without contact details, message content, referrers, or visitor identifiers. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site.
Private publishing studio
The publishing studio is for approved site editors. It uses email and password sign-in, email verification codes, and a secure session cookie to protect access to drafts and unpublished photographs. Authentication and private content are stored with Neon. Amazon SES delivers password setup and recovery emails. Technical security records limit repeated sign-in attempts, and publishing actions are recorded for administration. Only photographs used by published pages are available on the public website. This is a content editing tool, not a patient portal.
Getting in touch
When activated, the general business inquiry form sends your name, email address, selected topic, and message through Amazon SES to the designated business recipients. Inquiry content is not saved in the website database. Hashed abuse records expire, and delivery receipts without message content expire after one day to prevent duplicates and are cleared on later requests. Email and LinkedIn links open those services, whose own terms apply.
Please do not send health information
Email and LinkedIn messages are not secure channels and are not a patient portal. Please keep first messages general, and do not send medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, or other sensitive health information through them. There will be a proper, private channel for that once a service begins.
External services
LinkedIn, email providers, and PracticeQ apply their own privacy practices. Approved PracticeQ booking, portal, and intake links open that service. PracticeQ remains the scheduling and clinical system; this website does not receive its patient records or calendar contents.
Urgent support
This website, email, and LinkedIn messages are not crisis services, and messages are not monitored around the clock. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any hour of any day.
